1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to ku7bet is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing a bet, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ku7bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a Player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any real-money deposits will be refunded to the originating payment method where practicable.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following criteria to be eligible to use the Platform:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from ku7bet, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through an account suspension or ban.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

ku7bet is designed and marketed for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ku7bet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ku7bet services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad). ku7bet is entitled to rely on the information you provide and shall not be liable for any loss arising from your submission of inaccurate or incomplete registration data.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Opening a second account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ku7bet reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated during the period of duplicate account operation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ku7bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ku7bet's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 KYC Verification

ku7bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time ku7bet deems it reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

3.5 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information up to date at all times. Changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to the support team promptly. ku7bet reserves the right to suspend accounts where a material discrepancy exists between the information on file and the information presented during a KYC review.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku7bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ku7bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of ku7bet.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of the payment method used and any per-account limits applied during KYC review.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Up to ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to available account balance and completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the originating institution. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 6 hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 4–24 hours. Processing times are measured in BST (UTC+6) on business days; public holidays in Bangladesh may extend processing windows.

4.4 Own-Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that are your own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. Any withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.5 Failed and Disputed Transactions

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by ku7bet are subject to specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time the promotion is live. These General Bonus Conditions apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a ku7bet account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a match percentage, and a wagering requirement. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and any game-weighting rules (e.g., slots contributing 100% vs. live casino contributing a lower percentage) are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on prohibited games, or bets placed at odds below the specified minimum for sports promotions, will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ku7bet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that ku7bet considers to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee outcomes (arbitrage or "hedge" betting using bonus funds), using automated software or bots to generate wagering volume, and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics that are inconsistent with genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, ku7bet reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit any winnings generated from Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

ku7bet reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to specific player segments based on activity history, account standing, deposit history, or geographic location within Bangladesh. Promotions are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Only one promotion may be claimed per player per promotional period unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

ku7bet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to maximum stake limits that may vary by market, event, sport, and account-level risk settings applied by ku7bet. A bet is not confirmed until ku7bet's platform has issued a bet reference number. In the event of a system error, telecommunication failure, or platform outage, ku7bet reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period.

6.2 Errors in Odds and Pricing

In the event that ku7bet publishes an obviously incorrect price — whether due to a data feed error, human entry error, or software fault — ku7bet reserves the right to void any bets accepted at that price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified of voided bets and any stake paid will be returned to their account balance in full.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. ku7bet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be declined. ku7bet is not liable for any inability to place or amend a live bet due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, server latency, or scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on ku7bet are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) independently audited by the game studio's certification body. ku7bet does not manipulate game outcomes. 6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku7bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to influence game or match outcomes.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your ku7bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 Involuntary Suspension and Closure

ku7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable platform rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.5.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the period requested by ku7bet.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulatory order, or court directive.

Where an account is suspended or closed by ku7bet under this clause, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. Any balances determined to be legitimately owned by the player — following the conclusion of the investigation — will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of involuntary closure.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ku7bet will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳250 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover administrative maintenance costs. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ku7bet will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ku7bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. ku7bet shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or game sessions — that arise from unscheduled downtime, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku7bet excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings. ku7bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Game content on the Platform is supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ku7bet is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or defects in game software supplied by these providers, though ku7bet will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues reported by players in a timely manner.

8.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as bets. ku7bet is not liable for any gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform. 8.5 Amendments to These Terms
